Faris Delil Yesuf was the President and Vice President of Academic Affairs at Mizan-Tepi University from 2015 to 2017. And Vice President of Administration and Student Services at Wollo University. 
He served as a Director for Distance and Continuing Education Office, at Wollo University during 2013 -2015. Faris was the Head of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and coordinator of the Department of Veterinary Medicine at Wollo University.
He was the Assistant Professor of Tropical Veterinary Epidemiology, at the Department of Veterinary Medicine, College of Agriculture at Wollo University from 2007 to 2009. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor of Veterinary Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine and a President of Wolkite University.
